absolutely terrible experience at this so-called hotel. First, the carpets woudlve made even a hoarder cringe. how can you call yourself a hotel with such filth? Also, I woudl of loved a room upgrade for my troubles, but that was obviously too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t get past these issues.

the elevator was slow, but the gym had good equipment! the staff was super helpful, and the coffee in the lobby was freshly brewed every morning. also, plenty of outlets in the room for charging devices.

During my recent stay, I really enjoyed the quick walk to Tuscora Park, where I took in the beautiful views and was just a short drive away from the Warther Museum, which was such an interesting visit. this hotel really made it easy to stroll around and soak up the local sights, although I wish there were more options for flooring in the rooms since I prefer non-carpeted surfaces.

Top selection for a city break in New Philadelphia with very good value for money. The staff was super helpful and always cheerful, making the stay enjoyable. Take advantage of the freshly brewed coffee every morning in the lobby.

The hotel was perfect for our large family! With three kids, we loved the clean and comfy rooms, and the proximity to Tuscora Park gave us a blast with fun rides. A great way to relax after our days out!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities to keep them occupied at the hotel.
